We are getting close to the end of our read aloud book, "Hatchet." Tell me what you know about Brian's character and how he has changed throughout the story. Then make a prediction for how you think the story will end.

Brian was first scared about be trapped in the wood alone but he got used to it and know he’s finding a way to survive and has become different because he sees the smallest movement and he hunt birds spears fish. And I think that Brian will end up getting rescued by a Plane or He will just end up staying in the woods by his self and trying to survive as long as he can.
Well Brian is a boy that got trapped in the Canadian wilderness when trying to visit his dad. Brian has changed since he got there he has been more smart to build things and traps. I think the story will end with Brian gets rescued and gets a juicy hamburger with fries and a malt like he wanted. :) :)
I think that Brian changed a lot because in the beginning of the book he was super scared and didn’t really know what to do with himself. And now he is very good at catching fish, catching “fool birds” and he even made his home better and improved it so that any small animals couldn’t get through in his house.
Well, Brian has changed like…. He has been getting more and more meet…Like Foolbrids and one time he even got a BIG rabbit..? Brian said he changed. By when the “old” him was scared, most of the “BIG” animals but now he’s not..
Brian has changed because now he lives in the wilderness and acts like a caveman but except he dose not live under a cave he lives in a shelter he found. My prediction is that he will live in the wilderness forever and will eat fish and other animals.

Well, Brian has change by not getting used to it in the begging but know he is getting used to being in the forest.
Then I think in the end of the story he is going to make it back home.
